We just had an exhaust service (muffler) repair and they were the BEST We called yesterday morning they had us come in and fixed it with knowledge professionalism and expert service. The woman Catt was exceptional.. pleasant, friendly and very helpful! This is our new place for ANY Auto Repair. Prices are reasonable and service is exceptional! If you are looking for anything regarding your vehicles THIS IS THE PLACE!

The operator is a good communicator and the repairs were reasonably priced. You can save money by paying cash or with a check versus credit card.

My family and I were headed to Buffalo for the weekend and started having major car issues just on the outskirts of the city. I got connected to 5 Star by chance, via roadside assistance. I didn't know where to tow my car on a Friday night that could work on it in the morning. The driver didn't even suggest taking it to 5 Star, but when he told me they had a repair shop, and that it was open on Saturday, I insisted on it for simplicity and convenience. The tow driver, Anthony, was very friendly, as were Cat and Nadim, as they diagnosed and fixed our car by 5:00 on Saturday afternoon. They were great all the way around, and I'm grateful that I happened upon them.

I came in a few minutes after close and needed a tire bad. The staff were friendly and understanding to the position I was in being how far I live and how much I travel. They took time out of their day to help me And they didn’t have to. I am grateful for that most businesses these days when it’s closing time it’s closing time no exceptions. I appreciate the service and I definitely recommend 100%

I am impressed, they’ve done an amazing job . I have taken my car to delta sonic and many local others, 5 star truly trumped any detailing company out there. Truly a company deserving 5 stars.
